The Sesame War - Part 3

Guys, welcome back to the Sesame War! We left off with the rapid rise of the Sesame Empire, aka the Czechoslovakian Empire. They had fast war tactics reminiscent of the Mongol Empire. But in 1959, something shocking happened. So let's see what it was. Let's go, OttoRomans!

As the empire rapidly grew, something shocking happened. Military Manager Big Bird, General Ernie, and Colonel Bert split from the Sesame Street Party, leaving the party in the hands of Party Secretary Abby Caddaby. (Judicial Manager Elmo Monster was still there, but he was barely doing anything.)

The new party formed by Bird was called the Czechoslovakian Liberation Organization. Though Caddaby was suspicious that "liberation" meant liberation from Sesame Street, she allowed it due to her trust of Bird, who helped with the growth of Czechoslovakia.

She made a big mistake. On September 7, 1959, Bird started negotiating with the United States and Soviet Union about forming an alliance. All of a sudden, Caddaby, who had no experience in military managing, was seeing her own military manager betray her. Now, she was calling all the troops in their occupied territories to go back to the homeland, where the Liberation Organization started a civil war. As a result, the Sesame Empire collapsed. By 1961, Moscow was no longer an exclave of the USSR, and the United States regained its ports.

Caddaby heavily regretted her decisions. First, she allowed her own friends to betray her. Then, she called too many troops to fight in the civil war. To fix this problem, she sent half of her troops back to the former occupied areas, but this gave breathing room to Bird's troops. By 1962, the civil war was over, and the Sesame Street Party was dead. Abby Caddaby was arrested, and is still in prison today.

Following the party's defeat, the Treaty of Prague was signed. The treaty ceded all of the countries their land back. To prevent another war from happening, Czechoslovakia purposely split themselves into Bohemia-Moravia and Slovakia. (In real life, Bohemia-Moravia is Czechia, or the Czech Republic.) A year later, in 1963, Bohemia and Moravia split. (That didn't happen in real life.) Now, what was a major threat just one year ago was now 3 countries, Bohemia, Moravia, and Slovakia.

However, there were a lot of remnants of the Sesame Street Party. The media calls them "neo-Sesames." In Bohemia, a major neo-Sesame party called the Friends of Abby currently holds the country's chancellor. In Moravia, two parties joined to restore Sesame Street. They are Super Sesame and Caddaby Group. They're part of a neo-Sesame alliance in Bohemia, Moravia, and Slovakia called the Sons of Sesame Street.

In the fourth and final part of the Sesame War, we'll see how the United States and Soviet Union dealt with neo-Sesames, and the aftermath of the Sesame War. See you there!
